Swedish Marine reserves the right to cancel orders and refund customer’s money due to pricing errors, stock availability issues, etc.
The customer will be notified if a cancellation occurs.
Warranty Policy
Swedish Marine’s warranties in conjunction with manufacturers’ written warranties.
All warranties are FOB Swedish Marine.
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges on all warranty items.
Swedish Marine require proof of purchase on warranty items.
Warranty repairs may require item return to Swedish Marine or the manufacturer at purchaser’s expense.
Purchaser is responsible for any materials or labor not reimbursed by the manufacturer.
NOTE: at no time will Swedish Marine be responsible for costs associated with shipping damage, or denied/rejected insurance claims.
Swedish Marine reserves the right to revise these policyies at any time.
